Exhibition Showcases Work of Alumni Artists

The work of 13 alumni artists will be celebrated during the Alumni in the Arts Biennial Exhibition, opening Jan. 10 at the Hopkins Centers Top of the Hop and The Black Family Visual Arts Centers Nearburg Gallery. The exhibition runs through April 30. The was held in the fall of 2012.

I wouldve killed to see this when I was a student, says Brice Brown 95, co-curator of the exhibit and a New York City-based artist. A lot of students dont know how you can be an artist. This exhibition shows that its a possibility.

The artistic works on display represent various media, including painting, photography, sculpture, video, book arts, drawing, and sound works.
