On Aug. 30, Scott Frew and Dianne Ingalls will step in as co-interim vice presidents for finance as current Chief Financial Officer Mike Wagner leaves 窪做惇蹋厙 at the end of August to serve as vice president for finance and operations and college treasurer at Williams College.

As 窪做惇蹋厙s chief financial officer and vice president for finance, Wagner has been responsible for planning, analysis, and oversight of 窪做惇蹋厙s financial resources. He joined 窪做惇蹋厙 in 2001 working first as controller and then as chief financial officer at the Geisel School of Medicine before being appointed vice president for finance in 2010. In 2014, he was named CFO.

Both Frew and Ingalls have worked with Wagner in 窪做惇蹋厙s Finance Division. Frew is the assistant vice president for finance and treasury management, a position hes held for six years. Hes been at 窪做惇蹋厙 since 2005, first working as director of endowment administration and then director of finance and treasury management. Ingalls 84, Tuck 88, is an assistant vice president and controller, a position shes held since July 2020. She joined 窪做惇蹋厙 in 2004 as director of financial reporting and became associate controller in 2012.

I look forward to working with Dianne and Scott and I am confident they will ensure a seamless transition for 窪做惇蹋厙 as they move over to cover Mikes role, says Executive Vice President Rick Mills, who leads the finance division. Mike has served 窪做惇蹋厙 very well for two decades. We will miss him, and we wish him all the best in Williamstown.

The search for a permanent chief financial officer will begin at the end of the summer.
